Cancelation policy: – At Blissgames Africa, we prioritize transparency in our safari booking and cancellation policies. Once we secure reservations for hotels, safari lodges, camps, or local domestic airlines on your behalf, any necessary cancellations will result in us incurring a cancellation fee. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so we aim to keep these fees to a minimum to assist you. Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total price of your booking and are detailed as follows:
Cancellation up to 60 days before start of safari: Zero cancellation charges.
Cancellation up to 35 days before start of safari: 20% cancellation charges
Cancellation up to 20 days before start of safari: 40% cancellation charges
Cancellation less than 15 days: 60% cancellation charges
Cancellation 3 days or less before commencement of safari – NO refund, 100% cancellation charges apply.
No show; cancellation charges 100%
If you need to cancel your safari, you will receive a refund to the original credit or debit card you used for payment, as long as you request this refund within six months of the cancellation.
Please keep in mind that a 6% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction costs incurred during the processing. This fee helps us manage the expenses associated with handling cancellation
A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost for Kenya safari tours is required at the time of booking confirmation. The balance is payable at or before the start of the safari. – You also have the option to pay the full amount at the time of booking confirmation. Payment can be made online or locally by credit/debit card at no extra cost. Visa, MasterCard, and Amex are accepted. –
If you choose to make payments by bank/wire transfer, you are required to include the bank charges incurred on the transaction. Please be aware: – Our company’s bank accounts are located in Kenya only.
